I am reach out from Enable You CIC we are a not for profit social enterprise, providing group activities to improve health, wellbeing and social connections to older people and SEND including Boccia and Mindfulness and reducing social isolation and loneliness. We are currently seeking support with help funding our project to delivery sessions within the Liverpool and surrounding areas.
