Drones seem like a logical choice....

Despite being warned that there could be 400 - 500 images to sift through, this job started with the client choosing the cheapest option, images only for the inspection of a 10 storey block.

We took the initiative to spend a little extra time capturing enough data for a 3D render, just in case....

When the client saw the images, they realised the value of our 3D model and interactive reporting platform and asked if the 3D model was still possible....

... and it was 😁

Our chartered surveyors used the model to analyse images, pinpoint defects, and categorise issues with comments. Every defect is easy to locate and review. 

In the model, you can click on any issue to see a high-res image, or export a full report for offline use. The model is accessible anywhere - even on site from a phone or tablet.
