In the current business climate, with Brexit on the horizon, and with many businesses now competing for talent on a global scale, it is important for employers and business owners to ensure that any workers living and working in the UK are doing so legally, to avoid any penalties and reputational damage, alongside protecting any business-critical talent and skills.
“I’m delighted to be joining Farleys and bringing this new area of expertise to complement the firm’s current offering”.
Commenting on her appointment, Partner Ian Liddle said: “Charlotte’s expertise and strong reputation ensures that she is a key addition to the growing team here at Farleys.
“At a time where it is vital for employers to be assessing the impact which Brexit may have on their business, we are delighted to be able to offer this service to our existing and new clients in order to help keep or bring specialist staff into the UK”.
