Aimed at legal professionals, our financial planning team is hosting a Court of Protection seminar with guest speaker, Barrister, Ruth Hughes from 5 Stone Buildings in London.
Ruth is a highly regarded specialist in Court of Protection, trust and estate disputes and contentious tax, having appeared and cross-examined in numerous highly complex and valuable cases.
During the seminar, Ruth will discuss tax motivated gifting in the Court of Protection including:
