4 years ago when the business started I went to my 1st visit to the Bolton food festival . I some how ended up in a food demo tent. A friend of mine from Greenhalgh’s was doing a bread making demo . I watched it and thought in my mind wouldn’t it be nice if I can do this one day ! And guess what ... 4 yrs down the line and my manifestation has come real .
