Fast growing electrical contractors McDevitt Electrical & Controls Ltd are delighted with the progress of their Apprentices.
Locci Milner, Declan Madill and Travis Holt are currently in their second year of a four-year qualification, undertaking Electrician Installation and Electrical Maintenance (Electrotechnical) apprenticeship standard.
This means the Apprentices will develop a multitude of skills from across the business focussing on technical, practical and planning practices.

Despite the pandemic, McDevitt Electrical & Controls have seen continued growth through all areas of the business which has provided even more learning opportunities for the Apprentices.
Mike Batt, Programme Leader for Electrical Apprenticeships at Themis at Burnley College, is delighted with the support that McDevitt Electrical & Controls provides to their Apprentices and the impact it has on their development.
Mike said: “The Apprentices are really positive about the support from Sam and his team and the skills and knowledge they are gaining”.
“McDevitt Electrical and Controls have gone out of their way to ensure Themis Apprentices are integrated into the company and they recognise the benefits and opportunities that can be gained when including apprenticeships into their own growth plan.”
