Alliance Learning celebrates success as they achieve 100% distinction grades for all Level 2 Customer Service and Level 3 Business Administration Apprentices.

Working with local employer partners, such as Exclusec Group, Workforce People Solutions, Bolton Community Practice, AC Accountancy, Velden Engineering, Assembly Solutions all apprentices passed their End Point Assessment with a distinction overall. 

Subject Specialist Tutor Stacie Blackburn said:  “This is a very proud moment for all of us at Alliance Learning. Our 100% pass rate compares with a 60% national pass rate, which is a fantastic result.”

Alliance Learning have also recently caught up with former Apprentice Lydia Gough, who shares her joy in her result , Lydia had the following comments “As a result of achieving my Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, I am now able to run my own cheerleading and dance business effectively and efficiently, such as managing the companies’ finances, policies and procedures. I also feel I’ve grown in confidence, and I am now looking to take on my own Business Administration Apprentice!” 

The Business Administration and Customer Service Apprenticeships at Alliance Learning are both vocational, work-based learning qualifications that give you the opportunity to earn while you learn the necessary skills to carry out your duties in the workplace. There are also several units within the Apprenticeship that will be completed by written work, guided discussions, and an end point assessment. Both Apprenticeships can also provide students with great job prospects, with many of the current apprentices progressing onto Team Leader/Management roles.
