Since its creation in 2013, ADR Mediation & Training CIC has grown its reputation and workforce to become one of the leading mediation services in the North of England, with our head office currently located in Preston and more recently, a base established in Cumbria.
Our staff are supported by a team of volunteer mediators who are all trained to College of Mediators standard. We work to improve lives by encouraging communication and our aim is to resolve conflicts and empower people to deal with future issues. Our partners trust our work, knowledge and expertise.
We are now seeking passionate and experienced individuals to form part of a volunteer advisory panel to help and support our work.
We would particularly like to hear from individuals with backgrounds in HR, finance, social work, housing and business development. The advisory panel will meet on a quarterly basis and its members will be expected to enter into an engaged and proactive relationship with the organisation, providing oversight and guidance for our future strategy and sustainability.
If you feel you have the skills and experience to contribute to our advisory panel we would welcome your application. If you would like to have an informal discussion regarding the roles, please contact Kim Logan on 07738561952.
