Recent research shows that poor mental health costs UK employers up to £45 billion each year. It also finds that on average, for every £1 spent on supporting their worker's mental health, employers get £5 back on their investment in reduced presenteeism, absenteeism and staff turnover.
Our training encourages conversations that educate and break the stigma around mental ill-health and aim to create organisation-wide culture change. This training will give you the knowledge to challenge and tackle stigma and discrimination and the confidence to support colleagues. You will finish this training ready to champion positive mental health in your workplace.
What will we cover?
The main aim of our session is to equip you with non-biased, evidence-based facts, about mental ill-health and how this might affect you and your colleagues. We will focus on the importance of early intervention and practical skills, which will help you move towards a safer working environment.
Our course covers a variety of topics including:
... and more.
Applications of our training session:

We provide engaging training solutions which help you and your team become confident mental health champions. Our training sessions are interactive and we foster an environment that encourages people to be open and understanding about sensitive issues.
