Unit 2 Fitness For Women is an award winning small, friendly women’s only, resistance based gym in Mill Hill Blackburn.
Here at Unit 2, we are more than a gym. We:
- Create and amend exercise regimes and workouts for clients based on fitness levels and desired results.
-Assist clients undertaking exercises in order to minimize potential for injury and help promote fitness.
-Monitor client progress in order to ensure regimes can be implemented for the best results.
-Provide information or resources on general fitness and health issues to provide clients with the best advice to help them.

We endeavour to go above and beyond to ensure our clients are comfortable & safe and to help them gain a sense of empowerment! We look to build not just their strength and fitness levels but also to build up their confidence.
