In 2020, BNI members across the UK and Ireland received £88.3 million worth of business from visitors and guests invited to their chapters.
Last week 20 local businesses met at the Castle Green Hotel in Kendal for some regional networking and business generation training. Not only does BNI provide a platform to market your business through word-of-mouth to gain regular referrals, but it also gives you access to a worldwide network of businesses, skills and training that can benefit both your membership and your own business. The training delivered yesterday by Executive Director, Alasdair Ross, encouraged businesses to consider their annual target of business generated from BNI, the value of bringing guests along to their chapters in order to build more relationships and as a result pass more business within the local Cumbrian community.
It was great to see so many members in person and taking full advantage of their BNI membership including the skills workshops that can better benefit their business and send them away with action plans to be implemented. BNI Cumbria has a number of chapters around the region both meeting in person and online. If you would like an invitation to a chapter local to you, please get in touch with Alasdair on 07866 250690 or aross@bnicumbria.co.uk
