Little by little travel is restarting

Little by little, travel is slowly restarting, albeit with testing and entry requirements in place.

Today (1 July) Thailand's re-opening phase has started with double jabbed UK travellers allowed to go to Phuket. A gradual phased approach will be rolled out over the following months as the popular destinations begin welcoming back travellers.

Closer to home, also from today, double jabbed travellers can now go to Guernsey and Iceland without having to isolate or PCR test on arrival.

Jet2 Holidays have also resumed operations to those destinations on the green traffic light that are letting us in, such as Majorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Madeira, Malta.

Fingers crossed that the news which is breaking today that double jabbed travellers will avoid having to self-isolate on return from amber destinations from 26 July is true!

If you have yet to book your summer or autumn holiday at home or overseas, book with me and do so in confidence. You'll know that I'll have your back, I'll give you all the relevant advice re tests and entry requirements, and if things suddenly change, I'll be the one on the phone sorting it out for you behind the scenes. You may pay slightly more for my service than booking your own DIY holiday, but I can guarantee it will be worth it.

If your travel matters to you, it most certainly matters to me.
