Five Week Fundamentals – discover and learn to master the overlooked aspects of running a business to make 2021 your best year yet!

I am putting together a five-week online program to help business people ensure that the most fundamental building blocks to business success have been addressed so that all work done to build the business thereafter will be built on the very best foundations.

According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS), 60% of businesses fail within the first five years, most commonly due to running out of capital, poor management, poor business planning, and/or over spending the marketing budget. 

There are plenty of courses available to help you scale your business but if the foundations are not solid, you risk creating more problems further down the line.

The reasons we start our own business are as varied as the businesses themselves but regardless of the motivation or the service we offer, it is absolutely essential that we get the first steps right. Sure, we can backfill too, but that can make for a regrettable and expensive learning experience.

• This program will be delivered on a 121 basis so the actual start date is flexible.  
• The initial sessions will be prior to the Christmas holiday with the remaining sessions in January.
• Sessions will be once-weekly on a day/time by mutual agreement.
• Each virtual session will last up to 90 minutes and consist of some training slides / presentation followed by some Q&A and an opportunity to practice what has been discussed (where relevant).
• Additional questions can be provided during the week and these will be responded to by live video towards the end of the week.
• Each session will build upon what has been learned the week prior so that by the end of the five week program, you will have a comprehensive appreciation of what your business requires to be commercially strong.
