We're delighted to introduce ourselves from the shores of Ullswater... we are a team of 4 outdoor instructors, Nordic Walking instructors and Mountain Leaders.
Nic Sproson is the inspiration behind our team and plans a monthly Themed Explorer WALX in the Lakes with guest speakers on various subjects, flora, fauna, landscape and history. She also leads weekly Nordic Walks on mountain adventures, alongside lowland WALX! Nic also teaches regular Nordic Walking Courses for the Fells suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Louise Greenwood, Sean Bolland and Rachel Platt assist on our adventures, and offer bespoke Mountain Guiding experiences by arrangement.
We also offer Navigation courses on line for beginners, private navigation sessions in the fells alongside the NNAS (National Navigation Award Scheme) Bronze & Silver level Certificates.
We do hope we can inspire you and your employees to join us in the Lakeland Fells to increase fitness levels and mental wellbeing in the months ahead.
