Adding talent to our Team

Hiya everyone

I’m Cerys and I’ve just started at St Johns Staff Hire which is based in our new Kendal office.

My role is social media and recruitment, so if you see any posts you never know I might have made them or if ringing acquiring about a job role it could be me on the end of the phone.

This is my second week and already I have though so many skills such as how to properly interview someone as well as what to and what not to look for in a possible candidate, and how to improve a candidates CV and interview skills.

 Our main focus is finding good jobs for good people!

 I have noticed everyone is really hands on. I love this.

Feel like I’m a bubbly and happy person to be around and hopefully be able to add to the already strong team of Rich, Hannah, Kirsty and Artur!

In my spare time I have a dog which loves to be walked by rivers and a family which always wants to try something new weather it’s a restaurant or going to see new places.

I’m looking forward to working and getting to know the teams more.

My favourite part about working for the Windermere lodge on a Tuesday and Friday for sale training is the office puppy Buster who loves cuddles and attention (work distraction)
