The best tools to keep you organised

By

?Like anything, there are a million tools you can have access to, to help you get organised.

?But what happens when you try something new (when you really don't have the time and feel like you're wasting more time just trying to get into the swings of things) You give up and go back to the old ways that you know don't work

So which tool is the right one for you?

This is a tricky one to answer, but what I can do is tell you about the tools I use to help me stay organised and why I love them!

?Asana - A very popular project management tool, I would be lost without it and have used it for years! It's basically a to-do list that you can separate into projects/ clients etc
Works well for communication if you have a team
Great if you need to plan out a project and have others involved to see who is doing what at each step.
A must in my business - I never miss a trick with this tool

?Google Drive - A easy to use storage tool, if I ever have to store any files for me or my clients, I always suggest Google Drive, it's super easy to use and can hold a lot before you have to upgrade.

?Google calendar - You all know I love Google calendar, not only do I put my personal life in here but I put my business life in there too, a must in my opinion to find that work-life balance. Have it all in one place.
Google calendar is great for time blocking, inviting clients to appointments, and just getting organised with a quick glance.

?Facebook Suite - This is where I schedule all my social media content, perfect for me as I mainly use 2 platforms, Facebook and Instagram and you can schedule one post to both in just one click! Such a time saver!

These are my 4 must-have tools to feeling organised in life and business.

What's the one tool you can't live without in your life and why?
