Got this message from a previous client's friend -

"Steve mentioned that you might be able to help me out with organising my paperwork side of the business. I’m not hopeless but I would rather be at work than Sat in my office!"

This got me thinking.....

Outsourcing is always about getting the things you CAN'T do.

It's about getting rid of the things you don't WANT to do.

This a guy is builder and prefers to be on the tools rather inside sorting out his admin.

This is why he set up the business in the first place, outsourcing can help restore that balance.

We all start our business for many reasons and sometimes we can lost doing all the other things apart from the ones we want to be doing.

Outsource because you can, not because you need to.
