Motivation lives under the bed

?It's time to learn how to switch motivation on when it's the right time (unless you like cleaning or answering emails at 4am)

▶️Get prepared the night before by writing your to-do list.
▶️If you time block like me, add this in when you are going to do the things on your list
▶️Make sure it's in order, what actually needs to get that day, makes sure it's at the top
▶️Get your clothes ready - Huge time saver! (including the kids)
▶️Have a little tidy - tidy house tidy mind it really is a thing

All these small things will make you switch off a little easier I promise, it's like a big brain dump but with a plan of action too!
