She is not your typical ISO consultant.
* Dyslexic and combined ADHD which means she naturally see patterns, simplify complexity, and solve problems in creative ways.
* Uses storytelling, analogies, and visual tools to engage teams at every level, so ISO becomes something people actually want to use.
* Collaborates with businesses, not force things on them. It’s never about imposing a framework, but shaping it to fit the company culture, its people, and its goals.

Apart from just consulting, she is proud to be contributor in the quality and ISO space, by writing for Quality World Magazine, guests in podcasts, and deliver tailored training courses throughout the year, helping teams across UK and Europe to rethink quality for the modern workplace.
