Go Beyond HR Consultancy was founded in 2022 by owner Gemma Bromfield. The consultancy offers generalist HR work, however Gemma specialises in Conflict Resolution where the following services are offered
Workplace Mediation 
Gemma is an Accredited Workplace Mediator with a 98% success rate. In person mediation is offered and also online. Mediations can be facilitated between two parties and up to 8 parties. Mediation allows employees to engage in open dialogue and active listening as a way to resolving conflict.

Workplace Investigations
Gemma's background is HR in a large corporate setting and therefore has experience of investigating at all levels of seniority. Gemma specialises in complex investigations such as racial discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying and harassment. A trauma informed approach is taken to ensure the psychological safety of all involved.

Workplace Culture
A positive culture in the workplace is something Gemma is very passionate about and offers workplace culture reviews to support workplaces who would like intervention and support to work towards a positive and inclusive culture for all.

Group facilitation 
Gemma has many years experience in working with large groups and facilitating conversations from pay negotiations involving union members to working practices.
