Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing poor mental health. You’ll learn to recognise warning signs of mental ill health and develop the skills and confidence to approach and support someone while keeping yourself safe

For each business who puts one person on the training I will offer a free 1 hour consultation to coach them on how to implement a MHFAider and offer guidance to help get the best out of them.

RRP for just the course should be £325 however for members of Northeastshare I can do it for £250 and the 1 hour coaching afterwards would be included in this.
