Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge - Children With Cancer UK

By

On Saturday 10th June, Paul Limb and 50 of his UK ActionCOACH colleagues, completed the gruelling Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge.

It was the hottest day of the year so far hitting 30 degrees for most of it. Two of the team dropped out through heat exhaustion and others completed just one or two of the peaks, however Paul and 23 others completed all three, with Paul coming in just on 12 hours.

Paul said, “We set of just after 6.00am when conditions were a little cooler and summitted Pen Y Ghent by 7.23am. However, it just got harder from there and the climb to the last summit was just brutal.”

“Now I’m after your money … if you haven’t already donated … in which case, thank you so much.

Paul and his team are raising money for Children with Cancer UK.

This is why …..

Every day on average in the UK, 10-12 parents are told that their child has cancer.
