This new framework — officially titled “2025/S 000-070492” — is intended to provide public bodies with streamlined access to a wide array of FM and security services, including:

Total, Hard, and Soft Facilities Management
Security Officer Services
CCTV and Physical Security Systems
Reception, Cleaning, Maintenance, Waste, and Groundskeeping
Security Consultancy and Risk Assessment

The framework is structured across eleven distinct lots, segmented by contract value and service specialism — from <£2m contracts for SMEs to £15m+ opportunities for large-scale providers. The previous framework iteration was estimated to carry up to £120 billion in total value — making this one of the largest sourcing routes available for public sector work.
