My book, Property Sourcing Compliance: Keeping You on the Right Side of the Law was 18 months in the writing but when I launched it back in October 2017 I wasn't too sure what reaction I would get, as just before launch the messages that I received were mixed...

"...A real service to the industry and to investors.."

"...You are opening a can of worms, if I were you I wouldn't do it..."

But it just goes to show that if you follow your passion, never waver, ignore the nay sayers and focus on your goal, you can achieve amazing results.  We are averaging 88 book sales every month to date, I could not have imagined that through all of those months when I toiled writing it; trust me when I say that I am no J K Rowling!

My ultimate goal is to get 100% compliance across the industry sector that I operate in and help to protect property investors from losing money to unscrupulous property sourcing agents around the UK.  My book was the first step in that journey, supporting me to achieve that goal and whilst this is certainly more of a marathon than a sprint I am over the moon with my progress to date.
