A rapidly expanding East Lancashire tyre centre is seeking new staff to, quite literally, to help drive its business even further forward.
Based on Bridge St in Colne, Tyreoo – previously known as Colne Tyre Centre – strives to be the ultimate one-stop shop for all motorists, from private individuals to organisations with large fleets. In addition to its standard suite of services which include fitting new tyres, carrying out MOTs and valeting, the company now offers – among other things – fleet management, vehicle leasing, tracking and fuel cards.
Due to its continued success, Tyreoo is looking to acquire 20 garages within the next two years; in line with this ambitious target, it is now stepping up its recruitment campaign.
Managing Director Azhar Iqbal said:
“Like a football manager during pre-season, we have a shopping list in terms of the types of people we want to bring into Tyreoo. Right now, our recruitment priorities are two commercial tyre fitters, three MOT testers, five full-time mechanics and two members of staff who can collect and deliver vehicles.”
Active across East Lancashire but now also offering nationwide coverage, Azhar and his business are renowned for both the excellent standard of their work and their support of local and regional charities. As well as being one of only a handful of Platinum Patrons of Pendleside Hospice, Tyreoo supports numerous other good causes including Derian House Children’s Hospice, Age Concern, Cash 4 Kids and Pendle Dogs In Need.
Azhar added:
