Theodore House, located within the stunning Stonyhurst estate in the beautiful Ribble Valley, was originally The Old Mill, has been renovated throughout to offer flexible modern event, meeting and conference space along with 24 modern ensuite bedrooms.

Winning the LABC Regional Design Award, Theodore House was launched in 2019, but was sadly brought to an abrupt halt due to the Covid 19 pandemic. From July 2022 this stunning venue has reopened its doors to businesses and guests alike. As momentum starts to gather it is gaining high praise for its flexible, ultramodern facilities for conferences, events, launches, seminars, corporate away-days, business meetings and retreats as well as its B&B accommodation.

The first-rate business facilities, with flexible events space can host everything from a small, off-site boardroom meeting to a 120-guest event, with seating and tables arranged to suit the various types of events. With ample onsite parking, WiFi throughout the building, audio-visual equipment, 24/7 security and onsite catering, guests are able to focus on the reason they are there leaving the bustle of daily life behind.

The 40-seat dining room overlooks the beautiful garden and wooded area that surround Theodore House, and a delightful pleached-tree terrace offers a serene space for enjoying a coffee or just relaxing and enjoying some me-time. For events menu options vary, ranging from an open buffet or pass-around canapés through to fine dining and can be tailored for a specific event or budgetary requirement. B&B guests are offered a comprehensive continental breakfast as standard. Featuring an array of produce, including tea and coffee, cereals, croissants, breads, yogurts, ham and cheeses, fruits and juices as well as boiled or scrambled eggs, ensuring you start your day the right way. Being licenced, Theodore House also offers a range of quality alcoholic beverages, including locally-produced beers, wines and spirits.
