Farleys Solicitors have made four promotions across its commercial and family practices following another successful year at the firm.
Angharad Bentley (Family), Ashlea Thornton (Commercial Property), Jonathan Pollard (Family) and Mark Hague (Insolvency) have all been promoted to Associate Partner in the firm’s latest round of promotions and appointments.
Angharad and Jonathan are both highly regarded members of the firm’s family team and practise all aspects of family law, including divorce and civil partnership dissolution, financial issues and children matters. Jonathan has been a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since 2010 and regularly represents children in this specialist area of law. Both Angharad and Jonathan are also members of Resolution.
Ashlea is a commercial property specialist with experience in a wide range of work including; property finance and investment; land acquisition and disposal; the acquisition and disposal of business premises; and commercial lettings.
Mark joined Farleys in early 2019 and has been a driving force in the steep rise in insolvency work coming into the firm over the last year. Working with insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors, private individuals and lenders, Mark’s practice covers all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency.
Alongside the promotions, Molly Greenwood joins the team as a newly qualified solicitor, following the completion of her training contract with Farleys and will work alongside Farleys’ commercial team as it continues to support a wide range of businesses across the North West.
