As GCSE and A-Level results are announced in the coming weeks, thousands of young people will be considering their options and deciding what route to take next. Bolton based Alliance Learning are encouraging young people to get in touch and find out how an Apprenticeship might be the perfect fit.
Apprentices earn a wage whilst working towards recognised qualifications and are in full-time employment with employers who value apprentices enough to invest into their future.
Over 50 jobs are currently being advertised on the Alliance Learning website across the Bolton, Horwich, Atherton, Chorley, Wigan and Bury areas with roles including Recruitment Support Apprentice, Business Development Apprentice and Apprentice Day Care Practitioner.
All the job vacancies offer a salary, paid holidays and training which will lead to an Apprenticeship qualification and the opportunity for young people to quickly progress to more senior roles in their chosen career.
Kelly Perkin, Chief Executive of Alliance Learning, explains why working towards an apprenticeship is such a good idea:
“Young people who want to embark on an apprenticeship can do so from the age of 16 and do not need to stay on in full time education at 16. By gaining an apprenticeship, a mixture of work-based learning and off the job training, will develop their skills and gain qualifications, which will give them more opportunities throughout their life and more chance of fulfilling their potential. With an apprenticeship young people earn a wage and gain fantastic qualifications at the same time, putting them ahead of others for future employment opportunities."
Alliance Learning has over 53 years’ experience in the training of apprentices. All of our tutors are highly experienced and qualified in their sector which means they are able to provide the very best levels of support and guidance throughout the programme, meaning learners consistently achieve high pass rates.
Anyone who is interested in finding out more about the apprenticeships on offer can either call 01204 677888 for an informal chat with a friendly member of the Apprenticeship team or visitwww.alliancelearning.com/vacancies to view the current live apprenticeship vacancies. Alternatively, check out www.alliancelearning.com to find out the dates of their next Apprenticeship Open Events.
