To change our way of thinking from Fixed to Growth takes time as you become more consciously aware of your fixed and the habits this has formed. For the brain to change its connections and behaviour in response to new information doesn't happen instantly.
Each time we think about something differently, try a new task or choose a different emotion we form new pathways in the brain. The more we make these choices the stronger these pathways, habits and beliefs become.
We all have the ability to learn and change by rewiring our brain. Repeated and directed attention towards your desired change is Neuroplasticity in action.
