I am delighted to share that I have earned a level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from the ILM. This rigorous programme has enhanced my skills as a coach and mentor. The new frameworks and knowledge will further enhance my ability to support you and your teams as you develop. 

This culmination of more than a year's study and practice coaching and mentoring leaders to support their continued development. I am grateful to the clients who trusted me to support their development and their kind permission to use their journey as evidence for this qualification.
