As part of the governments Kickstart Scheme, the employer is responsible for supporting / providing employability training for the new employee using the funding provided. 

We're thrilled to announce that B&FC are offering a 3 tier option covering all areas of employability support with you, the employer deciding on how much to include.

Each tier builds upon the support you're providing to your new employee and ensures they receive the skills required to help increase their chances and confidence of securing employment at the end of the placement.

Delivered by expert tutors, the tiers have been designed to be delivered remotely in weekly sessions so that the disruption in the workplace is minimal.
