Through both strategic planning and practical activity, the aim of Lancashire Enterprise Adviser Network is to inspire young people to get to know the world of work, understand what work is, explore their options and build real confidence about their future.

To achieve this the network brings the right people together to create strong connections that put young people’s futures first and helps Lancashire’s economy to grow and prosper. Connecting students from schools, academies, and colleges with employers in the local area.

Director Lisa Kennery and Hazel Johnson are enterprise advisors working closely with Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School (QEGS).

We are extremely lucky and proud that Qegs meets all eight Gatsby benchmarks which is the framework that shapes the provisions of the career within schools. The support we provide at the moment is practical, we offer work experience, mentoring, participation in careers fairs, and more.
