Stress can massively affect people physically and emotionally, even when we don’t always realise we are stressed.

We can often take on too much and get caught up in our everyday life, that we can neglect what our bodies are telling us. ?

There are several obvious signs of stress, but what about the signs we aren’t common with? Stress can affect your body, your mood and your behaviours. It’s easy to not recognise that you are stressed.
