As you’ll be aware, the Planning and Infrastructure Bill was introduced to the House of Commons on 11th March. The Public Bill Committee is now inviting written evidence to aid in their scrutiny of the Bill - https://www.parliament.uk/business/news/2025/march/planning-and-infrastructure-bill-call-for-evidence/
 
NWLCC is looking to submit a written response and therefore I would welcome any thoughts/input you may have. Ideally the deadline for feedback is Friday 18th April
