What is ESF Funded Training?
As an award-winning training provider, we are always looking at ways in which we can help local businesses have access to the best training available. In 2019, we were successful in securing funding for the delivery of the European Social Fund (ESF) programme. Working in partnership with Skills Support for the Workforce and The Growth Company, we can now provide businesses based in Lancashire FULLY FUNDED training to develop your staff and business, from full NVQ's to bespoke training courses.
What ESF Fully Funded Courses are on offer?
We are currently able to deliver Fully Funded Training Courses in the following sectors:
• Business & Professional
• Leadership & Management
• Health & Social Care
• Engineering
• Forklift Truck
• Mental Health
Am I eligible to access ESF Fully Funded Training?
The company must be situated within the Lancashire area and not have used 200,000 euros of state aid in the last three years. Candidates must be 16 years old plus and not be repeating qualifications they have achieved previously. If a large employer (over 250 employees) wants to access the funding, we must put together an approval form and this can take up to two weeks for approval. A training needs questionnaire will be completed first to confirm eligibility before training can be booked and confirmed.
Are you interested in the ESF Fully Funded Training?
If you would like to be enrolled onto any of the Fully Funded courses, you can contact our team on 01204 677888 or email info@alliancelearning.com.
