We are delighted to celebrate Ruby-Joyce Harper, who has successfully completed her Sales Apprenticeship at Seriun. Over the past months, Ruby has worked incredibly hard to develop her skills and gain a deep understanding of the IT industry and Sales role, and her dedication and hard-work has now been recognised with the completion of her apprenticeship. 

Reflecting on her journey, Ruby said: 

“It feels really good to have completed my apprenticeship. I’m proud of how much I’ve learned and achieved, and it’s exciting to see all the hard work pay off as I take the next steps in my career.” 

She added that her favourite part of the apprenticeship has been the people she has met along the way and the knowledge she has gained. “When I first started at Seriun I knew very little about the IT world, and now I understand so much. For example, I’ve gained a strong understanding of 365 licensing with customers, which I am particularly proud of.” 

Ruby also highlighted the support she received from the company. “The team at Seriun have been brilliant throughout my apprenticeship. They have supported me with training and helped me gain a greater understanding of IT, while also being there when I faced challenges personally.” 

Looking ahead, Ruby will continue her journey at Seriun as a Sales and Project Administrator, bringing her experience and knowledge to her new role.
