Leyland’s British Commercial Vehicle Museum has launched a brand-new, free family activity pack. The ‘Tiggi Tiger Cub’ pack – named after the famous Leyland Trucks Tiger Cub bus – is full of fun games and activities for all the family to enjoy.
Developed by one of the Museum’s volunteers, the pack is perfect to help families discover the museum and to learn fun and interesting facts about its fantastic collection of vehicles. It includes inspiration for all ages, including photo challenges, gallery hunts, and art and design activities. It is completely free for families to enjoy during their visit to the Museum.
The British Commercial Vehicle Museum is based just 2 minutes from M6 junction 28 in Leyland, Lancashire. It is the UK’s only motor museum dedicated to preserving the nation’s rich commercial vehicle heritage. It tells the big story of Britain’s big vehicles - the workhorses and engines that powered the industrial revolution, and that keep our economy motoring today.
The Museum is open every Tuesday to Sunday - and Bank Holiday Mondays - 10am til 4.30pm. Family annual membership is just £40 per year for 2 adults and up to 3 children.
To keep up to date with their events and activities visit www.britishcommercialvehiclemuseum.com or like their Facebook Page @bcvmt
