Foster carers still needed during the Covid 19 epidemic

By

Caritas Care hope you are all keeping well and staying home and safe where possible during these uncertain times.

The virus has affected almost every aspect of life. Many of us are lucky enough to have family and friends to support us during these difficult times, even if it’s virtually rather than face to face. For many children and young people though, they don’t have this support in place and are therefore at increased vulnerability right now.

The North West needs 1190 more foster carers to provide caring and loving homes for children who are unable to live with their own families.

Rebecca Hughes said "In the North West we have the highest need for foster carers in the country.

Now, as much as ever, we are calling for people to step forward and enquire about becoming a foster carer.

Whether, this is something you have considered for some time or have only recently thought about. Please do get in touch."

Caritas Care we are all still working hard and on hand to answer your queries by
