Due to the continued success of the business as more and more employers realise the benefits to employing ex-forces staff, Forward Assist have appointed Deborah Botha, a Lancashire lass, who moved away after her education, where she had a great career within the hospitality sector  which allowed her to work through Australia and America.

Her recruitment career started in London around 13 years ago, within the hospitality sector, and she finally moved back to her routes in Lancashire 9 years ago. She loves to travel, having just visited  South Africa; when not working her passions are great food and sampling great wine!!
