Nomination submitted by happy client
Unbeknown to husband-and-wife Directors Jason and Amrita

by a client, based on the support and enthusiasm they had shown to the
clients own family business.
Following a nomination review by FBU expert panel, NORI HR were
shortlisted alongside 20 other family businesses from a wide range of
sectors. Judges will be looking to identify innovation,
entrepreneurship, spirit, professionalism, governance and the future
security of the family business.
Amrita Govindji-Bruce was delighted to receive the news and said “To
be nominated for a prestigious award by a client is always a great
honour”.
“Within HR and Employment Law, we work with our clients to support
them not only with day-to-day employee matters, but critically on the
formal agreements and structure of a business’s senior management
teams”.
“When it comes to a family business, it is easy to make decisions
based on emotions, relationships or pressure from other family members.
Our family business clients have recognised and appreciate the support
we give, comes first hand from a husband and wife owned business that
have themselves have had to hold honest and sensitive conversations
around Shareholder Agreements and structure”.

ladder of employment through the Governments Kickstarter scheme.
Amrita added “We look forward to compiling our detailed submission to the judges”.
