Darwen based Blue Insignia are in the process of completing a ‘Luxury Boutique Style’ shop fit on behalf of East Lancashire Hospice in Wilpshire, Blackburn. The shop which was an old Newsagents will be launched as their flagship store & represents a new movement in ethical retail. A bold new concept for charity retail – a boutique charity shop experience for fashion lovers; one that cares about its curation of fashionable product, cares about its community and cares about customer retail experience.
