Course Overview:
The IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment) training course is designed to help workers of all disciplines to understand their responsibility to work in a sustainable, environmental, and friendly way. This course has been designed for individuals and organizations who are looking to achieve globally recognised standards for sustainable practice, which will in turn drive the development and uptake of sustainability skills.

This is the perfect course for those working in any job role across all sectors, to ensure that environmental sustainability is embedded into all job roles of a company.
IEMA will also teach you essential leadership and interpersonal skills crucial for any senior role, not just those in environmental management. In turn, you'll develop the ability to influence and change behaviour by educating your colleagues on sustainable practice. You will also be improving written communication skills and applying the combined expertise of decision-making.
Overall, you will be setting and achieving globally recognised standards for sustainable practice.
We will be offering two courses –
·1 day- Environmental Sustainability Skills for the Workforce
·2-day- Environmental Sustainability Skills for Managers
M Method of Delivery:
t Training will take place at our Head Office in Horwich
Target Group:
This course is ideally suited for those working in any job role across all sectors and has no formal entry requirements.
Assessment and Certification:
You will be assessed by a 20-question, multiple-choice test. The test is completed through the IEMA assessment portal and candidates are sent a link upon registration to the assessment. Upon passing these tests, you will be awarded an IEMA Certification.
This qualification comes with structured learner workbooks, a trainer manual and an online assessment produced by IEMA.
