1. Troll - delete & ban (instant)
2. Fake profile - delete & ban (instant)
3. Commercial posts (Ray Bans etc.) - delete & ban (instant)
4. 1st Advert - Delete & warn (pm message)
5. 2nd Advert - Delete & Ban from group
6. Forum Court (accusation) - request proof (for post to remain live)
7. Personal matters - close thread - (pm message)
8. Reported posts - case by case
Posts on the forum need to remain…
1. Factual (or opinion as long as obvious)
2. Polite (manners cost nothing)
3. Not personal (this is a supportive property group)
4. Not too many posts – (including multiple group posts of the same thing)
5. Relevant
6. Not reposting same thing again and again – this is called ‘spam’
Posts will be deleted if they are:

Any serious or constant violations to group rules will result in group membership being revoked and a ban placed.
