CHCP Foundation's Small Grants Programme provides funding of up to £2,500 to support voluntary, community and not-for-profit organisations delivering activities, projects and one-off events that improve health and wellbeing.

The programme supports initiatives that make a positive difference to local communities across areas served by CHCP Foundation, including Liverpool, Knowsley, St Helens, Hull and East Riding.
Funding can be used to support community-led projects, wellbeing initiatives, local activities and events that encourage healthier, stronger and more connected communities.
