Welcome to our Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course! This intensive one-day training program is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge to effectively respond to emergency situations in the workplace.
Overview
This qualification is specifically for those individuals who are to become an emergency first aider in the workplace. This one-day qualification meets the requirements of both the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982.
Our Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course is a comprehensive program that covers a wide range of emergency first aid topics. Participants will learn how to assess and manage an emergency situation, including how to provide basic life support and treat common injuries and illnesses. The course also covers the legal requirements for first aid in the workplace and how to effectively communicate with emergency services.
Who Should Attend
This course is ideal for anyone who is responsible for the provision of first aid in the workplace, including supervisors, managers, and human resources professionals. This course is particularly suitable for individuals who are nominated first aiders in smaller, low-risk working environments, such as small offices. It is also suitable for individuals who simply want to be prepared to handle emergency situations in the workplace.
Course ContentUpon completion of the course, participants will be required to pass a written assessment and practical skills test. Successful candidates will receive a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, valid for three years.
