Sally is a qualified Women’s Health Coach, with specialist qualification in menopause transition. A member of the British Menopause Society and a strong background in senior HR roles Sally will be leading this session to discuss; why we need to talk about menopause in the workplace, the education summary - what/when/why, symptoms and treatments plus reasonable adjustments and line managers responsibilities. Emma Swan will then focus on the legal aspects of the Equality Act and the obligations from the employer.
