The Chamber’s Jubilee Dragon Boat Challenge returns to Europe’s largest inland docks, Preston, on Saturday 25th June. Join fellow competitors from across the county as we take to the waters to battle it out in a series races throughout the day.
Teams can have as many as twenty crew members and the cost per team includes:
Races across the day (heats, plus finals)
Dragon Boat race experts managing the tournament
Use of boats, paddles, life-jackets
A professional helmsman to steer you
Training and safety briefings
Medals and trophy for the winner
All you need to do is field a team (min. of 16 people, ideally), and have a desire to take home the trophy! All ages and abilities are welcome, instruction will be provided at the safety briefing before taking to the water.
You are welcome to bring along banners and team gazebos and turn the day in to a real corporate team building event. Encourage non-competing members of your workplace to attend the event and cheer you on too.
