2020 was an unprecedented year. Early concerns as to how trustee meetings and AGMs should be held soon paled into significance to the longer-term impacts of COVID-19 on service delivery, funding and concerns as to ongoing viability. Still, charity law and regulation has continued to develop and charities are, perhaps more so than ever before, under increasingly intense regulatory and government scrutiny.
As is the case every year, we are delighted to invite you to our very popular annual charity law update. The free webinar will provide charity trustees and senior managers with information on legal developments affecting charities that have taken place over the last 12 months. The webinar will conclude with an opportunity for attendees to ask any questions they might have for our speakers.
