Single adopter Penny always wanted to be a mum. She had done a lot of youth work over the years and she felt she had good understanding of children’s needs and knew adoption was something she needed to do.
Penny is now mummy to Anna and, although there have been some challenges, she wouldn’t change it for the world! Penny has agreed to host this event to talk to you about what it’s like to be a single adopter, the challenges and most of all the rewards of being a parent. She will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about adoption.
