The PH7 Group of companies has evolved and grown over the last couple of years to offer a business and individuals advice, support and frameworks to manage all aspects of mental health, financial planning and insurance.

While each aspect can be segmented, and often is, likewise they can all be pulled together in a holistic manner to suit any individual or business need.  The group of companies is made up of the following;

PH7 Health - this offers a framework and advice for business's to provide its owners and employees with education, support, awareness and knowledge in mental health.  This is much more than a tick box, or general awareness, it provides substance and access to face to face BACP qualified counselling at an affordable rate to a business.

PH7 Life - this is the UK registered charity and pays for individuals suffering from depression and anxiety to access our 4 week course, "Re-balance, Revive and Thrive".  The results are phenomenal with 83% of people who have attended put into recovery.

PH7 Wellbeing - this is the centre and treatment rooms that we have.  The centre has a number of therapy and treatment rooms along with a large training room that is used for group or peer to peer support sessions.  The rooms can be privately hired.

PH7 Wealth Management - this is the financial planning arm of the group where we work with individuals and businesses to support their protection, investment and pension needs.  On top of this the advisers run workshops that educate and support about all financial matters as we recognise how this can impact mental health.

PH7 Insurance - this is the insurance brokerage that caters for all business insurance and personal insurance needs.  Similar to wealth management the team will look to educate and support the business and individuals to provide the right value solution.  We will also look to rebate any fees against any costs in implementing our organisational health partnerships.
